Last spring, a zebra got lost and fell behind the herd. It stumbled onto a local farm and lived there for a while. The zebra joined the local cows and spent a few weeks with them. Then the zebra was released into the wild. But soon the zebra gave birth to a cub and zoologists took notice.

Normally, zebras give birth to cubs covered with white and brown stripes that gradually turn into the usual black and white pattern. But on this zebra cub, the stripes were only present on the legs.

From above, it did not look like its mother at all and resembled another animal – a donkey. This is due to the fact that there was a donkey in the yard. It is not yet known how this animal will be received by other zebras.
