A family of bears just crossed the road. Drivers could only feel sorry for the big mother bear who has to keep an eye on all the kids.
Motorists on a busy rural road in Connecticut recently witnessed an amusing scene. A mother bear had unsuccessfully tried to lead four cubs across the road.
But it was a tricky business. The mother bear carried the cubs one by one in her teeth, but when she returned for the next one, the other cubs immediately scattered.
The playful cubs climbed the tree, tried to play with their mother and, worst of all, ran back across the road, forcing the bear cub to start the whole process over again. Dozens of motorists had to wait patiently until the big mother finally gathered the cubs into a pile and led them into the forest.
Later, police in the town of Winstead, where the incident occurred, thanked all motorists who patiently waited until the family could get out of the way. In addition, the city administration intends to carry out relocation of the animals after the demonstration.
