On this day, a Surachet Klaevkla living in Thailand went to work in the morning when he heard strange noises. Not a scream, not a squeak, but the sounds were coming from underground.
Looking around, he found a pit – something was moving in the deep mud at the bottom. And then the brave guy decided to climb and rescue this creature, whatever it is!
What is there in the mud?
Puppies! These were little puppies, up to five tails!
They were covered in mud, disoriented and helpless. And they wouldn’t have survived without Surachet.
The guy took all the puppies home. He took a day off to spend a day helping the puppies. The whole family helped him wash and clean the kittens, then feed them and put them to bed.
That’s the charm you have from the mud!
The Surachet family decided to keep all the puppies for themselves because they considered it a lucky sign. It was not by chance that Surachet was near that pit that morning, and it was not by chance that they got the chance to save little lives.
