Sgt. Weerachat Sirisara, from Thailand, has been in the military for more than eight years. In his spare time, Weerachat has helped people and animals in the province over the years.
Virachat is willing to help anyone. He buys medicine, food, clothes, bedding and other things for his fellow villagers. He has helped someone fix their house or made a bed or wheelchair for someone else.
The locals love Virachat for his responsiveness and reliability and call him an angel. But the man not only builds wheelchairs for people, but also for dogs. In his spare time, he builds them out of plastic pipes, straps and wheels.
On Facebook, he offers help to disabled dog owners. The man makes the wheelchairs for free, only paying for the delivery of the order to other regions.
