It is hard to imagine that anyone, as the owner of a dog, cat or any other pet, can do anything similar to his pet, what the owners did to this beautiful dog named Benji. No creature deserves the treatment of this dog, but the unfortunate animal went through Golgotha. He almost never received food, he was constantly tied up, neglected and mistreated, he spent his days in agony.
A dog injured by people, let’s call them “people”, they threw stones at him, and he suffered terrible injuries.
Sidewalk Specials stationed in Cape Town rescued the unfortunate dog and found him an adequate shelter, a real home he deserved.
When he was given a hand with food, the dog just couldn’t believe what was happening, all scared and confused, he approached the food bowl and started eating as if someone was going to take it from him!
It is simply nice to see a happy dog who managed to get in the end what he deserves is care and attention and a warm home.
