When the owners learned of the dog’s diagnosis, they rejected the pet directly at the hospital

Howie is a beautiful black dog with an adorable muzzle. He could have been happy since childhood, but he was unlucky: the shepherd had hip dysplasia …

At that time, the baby was only 3 months old. He refused to eat, had difficulty with his paws and looked very rare. Above all, the puppy was worried because he felt he had not met the expectations of his owners.

The dog felt cool from their side and suffered not only from his condition but also from the attitude they had towards him.

This is how he was seen by a veterinarian who worked in one of the clinics. She was very upset by the baby’s appearance, especially the diagnosis she had to give Howie’s owners. It was not that he was in a hopeless situation, just that the treatment required a lot of money.

The pet’s owners reported that they had no opportunity to treat him and decided to leave the puppy at the clinic. However, the veterinarian herself was happy about it: She wanted to take care of the dog.

The owners left to get rid of the “burden”, and the doctor turned to the operating colleagues who could start treating the shepherd. One of the specialists performed two operations on the dog, which were so necessary for Howie.

But the matter did not end there. The pet also needed a rehabilitation course, including physical therapy and swimming.

Some time passed and the dog stood up! He started walking and felt incredibly happy! The new lover was also happy, but she did not doubt her success.

Today Howie is a little more than 7 months old and this is a pretty healthy dog. He not only goes for walks, but also runs and even plays with another pet that this family “adopted”.

Our hero’s favorite toy is a blue ball, and he just won’t part with it! And Howie loves people, and for him there is no concept of “outsider”.

If the previous owners had seen him now, they probably wouldn’t have believed that this was the same puppy they rejected a few months ago!

How wonderful that Howie was lucky enough to fall into the hands of a man who not only protected him, but helped him recover!
