In a small village in Hungary are looking for the owners of a snow-white husky dog, who sat for a week in the cold near the forest, looking at every car.
Locals believe the dog was simply thrown away. There is no other explanation why the dog faithfully sat by the roadside in all weathers.
The fate of the young, well-groomed husky interested a resident of Hollókő named Helena. She took the dog with her and began to think about where she could find a permanent home for him.
The dog turned out to be very sociable and friendly. Helena said that he did not leave his place for five days, but he was affectionate to those who fed him. The husky especially liked the man who brought him food.

The vet confirmed Helena’s guesses about the dog’s breed, it was a husky or a close mixed breed. The dog seems to be well behaved, but at the same time boisterous and loud. Like other huskies, he likes to bark loudly.
The dog’s health condition is excellent, so Helena has no doubt that he will find a new, good family. The dog was named Lucky, which translated from English means luck. He was really lucky, because without Helena’s intervention Lucky’s fate would hardly have been successful.
